In some cases, once the package is booked and confirmed, no refunds will be entertained. For any cancellations or no-shows, including those due to road blockages or other unforeseen circumstances, full cancellation charges may apply, and no refunds will be provided.
Check-in and check-out times are as per the respective hotel’s policies. Early check-in is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
Cyrstal Tours is not responsible for any cancellations or delays of cabs, buses, or other transportation services due to technical issues, road accidents, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Only written confirmations are considered valid. Verbal commitments are not applicable and will not be honored.
Crystal Tours acts solely as a mediator between the service provider and the customer. We do not own, operate, or control any airlines, hotels, or other services related to the tour package. While we take utmost care in selecting the services included in your holiday, we do not manage their day-to-day operations and, therefore, cannot be held responsible for any injury, death, loss, or damage caused by the acts or defaults of service providers or their employees.
Crystal Tours shall not be held liable under any circumstances for:
a) Accidental death, personal injury, illness, delays, increased expenses, or any other mishap.
b) Acts, omissions, or defaults of any hotelier, carrier, or service provider, including their agents or employees, involved in accommodation, transportation, refreshments, or any other services.
c) Temporary or permanent loss/damage to baggage or personal belongings, however caused.
